Chatbotistic is a product of WordPressistic LLC and part of the WPISTIC Ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit chatbotistic.com, use the Chatbotistic application, install a Chatbotistic widget, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, manage a workspace, configure a widget or agent, request support, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, organization details, configuration data, and information you choose to submit.

Depending on the features you use, Chatbotistic may process service data such as widget conversations, leads, contacts, message metadata, knowledge-base content, automation settings, and usage analytics. Workspace owners are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and notices for data submitted by their visitors and contacts.

Billing and payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Chatbotistic receives the subscription, plan, transaction, and billing-status information needed to provide access, support billing, and prevent fraud. Paddle handles payment-card details under its own privacy terms. Chatbotistic does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, operate widgets and agents, deliver requested messaging and automation features, provide support, measure product usage, process billing, prevent abuse, and communicate service or account notices. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and integrations

We may share the minimum information required with service providers that help us host, secure, deliver, bill, monitor, or support Chatbotistic, and with integrations that you enable. Providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service purpose and under appropriate safeguards. Information may be processed in countries different from where you live.

Children

Chatbotistic is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Please do not use the service to knowingly collect personal information from children without the permissions required by applicable law.
